Cornices

A Clean and Tailored Look

Cornices offer a clean and tailored alternative to a more traditional panel treatment. Coupled with existing vertical blinds, they may just be what you need to add interest to an otherwise uneventful slider.

You can introduce architecture to an ordinary window by topping it with a padded cornice. Let it stand alone or pair it with fabric panels. Cornices are also an attractive way to conceal the tops of blinds or shades. A padded cornice has a closed top which protects curtains from dust. Cornices also make windows more energy efficient by limiting airflow at the top of the window.
