Knife-edge, box, tufted or self-welted. We fabricate dining room chair cushions, hall bench seat cushions and window seat cushions, using high-density foam. And don’t forget the outdoor furniture and the color you can add to your outdoor living space.

A custom cushion can be made to fit a chair, bench, or window seat. It has a firm inner core of polyurethane foam wrapped with polyester upholstery batting. Knife-edge cushions are made with; 1” (2.5 cm) foam. Deeper cushions are made with a boxing strip to accommodate foam with a thickness of 2” (5 cm) or more. Welting (cording) can be inserted into the cushion seams for additional design interest. Ties or hook and loop tabs (Velcro) may be sewn into the cushion seam to anchor it to the furniture.
